The girl was later found unconscious near Polyclinic, revealing that she had been raped by two individuals who had abducted her. The family reported the abduction and rape, seeking a medico-legal examination.

Man burns wife in a petty domestic dispute at their home in Chak 126-SB, Sargodha. The man, Ejaz, along with his brother, Imtiaz, allegedly poured petrol on Tahmina and set her on fire.
They initially tried to make it look like a suicide attempt, but Tahmina accused them of the crime. Police arrested Ejaz and Imtiaz, and a case has been registered against them. Tahmina is now hospitalized at Allied Hospital in Faisalabad.
