Protest Erupts at Swat University Over Alleged Harassment of Female Students
Students at Swat University staged a protest accusing certain faculty members and the vice-chancellor of harassing female students. The demonstrators demanded action following their complaint to the vice-chancellor and their submission of a letter to the provincial ombudsman.

This incident is not the first of its kind at the university, as a female professor had previously reported harassment as well. The current vice-chancellor has stated that he has not yet received any official communication regarding the issue.
