Brother murders brother
The Sialkot police detained a suspect for his brother`s murder.  Shahnam and Samir, two brothers who work at a pizza store and are both natives of Narowal, got into a verbal altercation on Dec 3. Shahnam shot at his brother during the argument, killed him and then fled. 

The Cantonment police were informed by Rehan Butt, the manager of a pizza restaurant, about the incident and that his staff members live in Dalowali. The police registered an FIR against Shahnam and arrested him seven days after the incident.

Two held for gang rape in Sialkot
Two men who lured a woman into a soft-loan scheme and then gang-raped her were detained by the Satrah police in Sialkot.

The complainant, a widow from Kot Abdul Malik, alleged the primary suspect called and offered to lend her money at Kotli Heera Singh in Sialkot. He led her to a residence where there was already another suspect inside. They both gang-raped her.

High Court orders recovery of missing persons and report within six weeks
Justice Agha of Sindh High Court heard the petitions related to the recovery of six missing persons, including the woman and ordered a report within 6 months.

According to a police probe,the missing person Majid Ali returned home from Gulshan Mimar. However, the court dealt with the petition related to the recovery. While dismissing the application related to Gulfam’s recovery for non-compliance, the court ordered the recovery and submission of reports on Makkadas Bibi, Muzaffar Ali, Jawad and Jamal and other missing persons within six weeks.
