MNA still absconding in Jokhio murder case
Karachi police have nominated MNA Jam Abdul Karim among the accused in the Nazim Jokhio murder case.
According to police, Karim is among the 15 accused that are still absconding while three suspects including MPA Jam Owais are on police remand. The police also included the offence of ‘kidnapping or abducting with intent secretly and wrongfully to confine person’ under Section 365 of the Pakistan Penal Code in the case.
Boy dies of ‘wrong injection’
Police in Faisalabad have registered a case against a local quack after a six-year-old boy died when he allegedly administered wrong injections to the child.
The father of the boy told police that his sick son passed away after being administered three injections by the accused. No arrest has been made in the case yet.
No trace to kidnapped girl student
A female student abducted from outside of her school in Karachi’s Korangi Industrial Area has not been recovered.
The girl’s father alleged that his neighbour had kidnapped her daughter and taken her to Kandh Kot town along with his family.
