Pak Rejects Corona Blame-Game

Pakistan has rejected the allegations that it exported Covid-19 to other countries including the UK.

SAPM on National Security Moeed Yusuf said no attempts to single out Pakistan will be entertained. He advised people not to take foreign trips unnecessarily.

KP Enforces Smart Lockdown

KP has enforced smart lockdown in 214 affected areas in various districts to curb the spread of Covid-19.

Adviser to the KP CM on Information, Ajmal Wazir said over 800-thousand people have been confined to their houses.

Recoveries Outnumber New Cases

Recovered coronavirus patients have outnumbered new cases in the Rawalpindi district for the first time since the outbreak of the virus.

Only 41 new people were tested positive for coronavirus while 170 recovered from the disease. The district has recorded 5800 positive cases so far.

PCR Lab in Kohat

The PCR laboratory for the Covid-19 tests for Kohat Division will be operational in the next few days. The lab will provide results the next day after the test.

DC Kohat said that the people from Hangu, Kohat, Orakzai, Kurram, and Karak districts would be benefited from the lab.

Three Cops Die

Three more officials of Sindh have lost their lives due to the coronavirus. A total of 16 police officials have died of corona so far.
