Education Emergency
SHC has ordered Sindh Govt to declare an ‘education emergency’ to repair 7,956 dangerous school buildings 25% of funds from district development, bonus production and social welfare will be allocated for the schools.
Minor Found Dead
Police recovered the body of 6 year old Fatima, who had gone missing from Herchowki village near Kasur. Police have arrested the child’s father as suspect as he allegedly told his wife that he had strangled his daughter & dumped her body.
E-Courts Proposed
Senior lawyer Muhibullah Kakakhel proposed e-courts for PHC & district courts across KP for cases disposal & protection of human rights. A mobile application connecting NADRA, KP Bar Council and the courts was also suggested in the letter to Justice Waqar Seth.
