Property dealer allegedly rapes women
A woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by a property dealer in Phol Nagar area of Kasur. The property dealer took the woman to a deserted house under the pretext of showing it to her, where he sexually assaulted her. Police have registered a case under the rape section but the accused is still absconding.
Two women killed in property dispute
In Rawalpindi, a man shot dead two female relatives over a property dispute. The accused was having a dispute with the women over the inherited property. Police have registered an FIR of the incident but the accused has not been arrested yet.
Former SHO of Sachal Tani missing
Former controversial SHO Inspector Haroon Korai of Karachi’s Sachal police station has mysteriously gone missing. The family claimed that they would be forcibly taken away by people dressed in plain clothes. Inspector Haroon was recently suspended and several criminal investigations are pending against him, including incidents of violence against civilians.
