Woman Hanged by Husband, Father in Law
32-year-old woman was allegedly hanged to death by her husband and father-in-law in Nizampur, Nowshera.
Father in law first resisted autopsy saying she died of cardiac arrest, police started investigation after doctors said she was tortured and hanged.
Honor Killing in Shikarpur
Kamaluddin Bugti and wife, Mahgul Bugti were allegedly shot dead for honour in Shikarpur. Police yet to register an official case.
Family had alleged that Nooruddin Essani, son of Mahgul’s first husband from his other wife, had killed the couple with other armed men.

Muhammad Aslam and his son Umer Aslam had setup cameras in a try room at their shop in Nayab shopping mall of Gujranwala to blackmail women.
Police arrested perpetrators after a woman complained. Shopkeepers blackmailed her of leaking the videos if she did not pay a heavy amount. Both men confessed.

25-year-old Huma Maheen was allegedly tied up and tortured by her 5 brothers for demanding her share in family property in Karachi.
Brothers took her to Jinnah Hospital for treatment where she succumbed to her injuries. Victim’s other sister claims her brothers also killed their parents.
