In a series of harrowing revelations that have shaken Rawalpindi, three separate incidents of sexual violence involving minors have surfaced within three days. At the center of this tragedy is a 10th-grade student currently fighting for her life, while two other teenagers recount stories of blackmail, torture, and calculated deceit.The most critical case involves 15-year-old Sawera, a 10th-grade student whose childhood ended in a hospital labour room under the most tragic circumstances.
According to investigative details, Sawera was allegedly trapped in a social media friendship for nearly a year with 18-year-old Bilal. This relationship led to repeated sexual assault within her own home, a situation her mother was only vaguely aware of until the girl’s health collapsed.
When Sawera was rushed to the hospital, doctors discovered she was in active labour. While a baby girl was born, the physical trauma of the ordeal left Sawera in critical condition. Speaking to Voicepk, a senior officer gravely described the scene at the hospital saying that Sawera was close to death and had been placed on a ventilator.
“Almighty Allah has saved her life,” he says, even though Sawera’s condition is not stable and she continues to fight for survival.
Following an FIR registered three days ago in Waris police Station, police traced and arrested one Bilal from the Bhara Kahu area of Islamabad. The case remains in the active investigation stage, and a DNA test of the newborn is scheduled to take place in Lahore to provide forensic confirmation for the prosecution, inform the police.
Meanwhile, another case involving the rape of a minor took place on Chakri Road, Rawalpindi, another 15-year-old girl has come forward with a chilling account of violence involving a security guard named Zeeshan.
The father of the rape survivor lodged an FIR in which he stated that Zeeshan had spent eight months blackmailing his daughter with her compromising photographs, threatening to expose her to her family if she did not comply with his demands. The survivor reported being sexually abused four times since January. Most disturbingly, she revealed she was subjected to physical torture, during which the accused allegedly used a blade to inflict cuts on her body.
While the suspect has attempted to frame the situation as a “friendship” the police told Voicepk that they have been focusing on clear evidence of coercion and the extreme physical abuse reported by the girl and her family.
A third incident was noted from the Westridge area, a 13-year-old boy became the victim of a calculated trap while walking in Allahabad. A motorcyclist stopped the boy, claiming his uncle was calling for him, only to take him to an under-construction house along a service road where he was sexually abused.
When the boy returned home sobbing, his father’s attempt to seek answers at the site was met with threats of “dire consequences” from the site watchman and the engineer. The father has accused both of facilitating the unidentified attacker.
