Husband kills mother of three in domestic dispute

In the Lyari area of ​​Karachi, a husband killed his thirty-year-old wife in a domestic dispute. The decease was the mother of three children.
According to the police, the husband killed the wife during the fight and escaped from the spot. The police have lodged the FIR and started searching for the accused.

ATC gives a one-year jail sentence for justifying mob violence

The anti-terrorism court of Gujranwala has handed a one-year jail sentence to a man for justifying the killing of a Sri Lankan national Priyantha Kumara by a mob in Sialkot in December 2021. The court also imposed a fine of Rs10,000 on the accused Muhammad Adnan. He was charged for uploading the video of the killing of Kumara on his Youtube channel and praised the actions of the mob. Adnan, now a convict, pleaded guilty to the charges before the court.

The right to meet the demands of two Gwadar movement

The leader of the ‘Haq Do Gwadar Movement’ Maulana Hadiyat ur Rehman demanded the government to fulfill the agreement signed last month between Rehman and CM Balochistan Abdul Qudus Bazinjo.
He said that the provincial government is using delaying tactics to implement the accord.
The movement staged a sit-in against illegal trawling off the Gwadar coast last year in November. The protests continued for over four weeks and ended only after the government assured to fulfill their demands.
