Husband murders wife and her alleged lover in Bannu
A resident of a village in Tarkhoba Bodinkhel of Bannu district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, gunned down his wife and her alleged lover after finding them together in his home on Sunday, January 3. Domel police confirmed that the suspect has been arrested, while the bodies of the victims have been shifted to a district headquarters (DHQ) hospital for a postmortem examination.
Minor boy gang-raped in Dijkot, suspects at large
A nine-year-old boy was gang-raped by two men, Mohsin Ali and Mohsin Raza, on Friday. According to the rape survivor’s father, his son had left his home in Chak 128-GB of Dijkot city, Faisalabad district, to pray at a local mosque. The boy was intercepted by the two men on his way back. The suspects abducted the minor on their bike and raped him at a nearby government school.
A case has been registered under section 377 (unnatural offences) of the Pakistan Penal Code, while police are on the hunt for the two accused.
Cleric booked for molesting, blackmailing minor in Karachi
One Qari Abdul Qadeem was arrested by the Cyber Crime Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for blackmailing his thirteen-year-old female student and her family with sexually explicit images of the minor.
According to the girl’s mother, the cleric was threatening to make her pictures viral if she did allow him to continue to molest her. In the FIR lodged with the FIA, the girl stated that the accused would touch her inappropriately, and then shot photos and videos of her which he then forwarded them to her mother.
The accused’s cellphone was seized during a raid conducted by FIA officials, which was found to contain footage and images of the minor girl. The cleric was arrested on child pornography charges.
