Minor Boy Killed After “Sexual Assault’
A 10-year old boy in Lahore was strangled to death after an alleged sexual assault. The boy went to a nearby store for shopping with his cousin. The store was closed so the cousin returned home while the minor boy went ahead to check other shops.
Police said that the boy was seen entering an under-construction building with an unidentified person. Police sent the samples to the Punjab Forensic Science Agency and were waiting for the report.
KP Reports Another Polio Case
One more polio case has emerged from the Bannu district (KP), raising the total tally of cases across the country to 48 this year. According to NIH official, the victim is a 13-month old boy both of whose lower limbs have been paralyzed.
The official said that KP had recorded 20 polio cases, Sindh 17, Balochistan 10, and Punjab one polio cases in 2020.
Body Of Minor Girl Found
Rawalpindi police have found a decomposed body of a seven-year-old girl from the bank of Nullah Leh.
Police said it had not received any complaints regarding a missing girl however they are trying to trace the parents of the child.
