Former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has said that the federal government would arm local peace militias to act as a bulwark against the Tehrik Taliban Pakistan that has spiked attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
