Juvenile offenders to get bail if trial not concluded in six months, rules LHC
The Lahore High Court held that per the Juvenile Justice Systems Act 2018, a juvenile offender should be released on bail if their trial could not be concluded within six months, provided the offender did not cause any delays in the trial.
