Convicted prisoners cant access medical facilities; petition filed
November 12th, 2020; Bureau Report; PESHAWAR; Shabbir Gigyani, senior Peshawar lawyer has filed a petition against a serious lack of medical facilities for those convicted by military courts. There are at least 50 inmates who are suffering from medical complications but have not gotten treatment, which is a violation of their basic human rights.
