AGHS Legal Aid Cell held a two-day training session for over 50 service providers from Lahore. The workshop discussed Anti-Rape Act 2021 which extends its scope to men and transgender survivors of rape, as well as the application of the Act at the grass roots.
AGHS holds a two-day capacity-building workshop on anti-rape laws, which was attended by over 50 police officials, including GBV investigating officers. In over 20 training workshops, more than 300 officials including judges, prosecutors and police officers have been trained on the anti-rape laws since January 2022.
